Rumour on Jayalalithaa's health: FIR filed against a woman

Chennai, Sept 30 (IBNS): The AIADMK on Friday said an FIR has been filed against a woman for spreading rumour against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and party supremo J Jayalalithaa's health.

"Based on the complaint from AIADMK IT Wing Chennai Police files an FIR against a lady for spreading rumours about TN CM Amma's health," the party tweeted.

The party earlier said Jayalalithaa is responding well to the treatment.

"Puratchi Thalaivi Amma responded well to the treatment,Amma has been advised a few days stay in the hospital for treatment-Apollo Hospital," the party tweeted.

The Chief Minister was admitted to hospital on Sept 22 after she complained of fever and dehydration.
