Rahul Gandhi pays homage to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on birth anniversary

New Delhi, Jan 23 (IBNS): Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Monday paid homage to Indian freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on the latter's birth anniversary.

"Remembering Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose.An icon of the freedom struggle,his courage,sacrifice &indomitable spirit remain an inspiration," his tweet read.

A revolutionary leader, Bose was the in-charge of the Indian National Army or the Azad Hind Fauj, which helped India gain independence from the British.
