PM salutes accomplishments of girl child on National Girl Child Day

New Delhi, Jan 24 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has saluted the unparalleled accomplishments of the girl child on National Girl Child Day.
"On National Girl Child Day, I salute the unparalleled accomplishments of the girl child. Their role in nation building is paramount," Modi said in a statement on Saturday.
 
"Let us affirm to end discrimination against the girl child and ensure our daughters get equal opportunities to shine", the Prime Minister said.
