PM Modi to address public meeting in Kozhikode, first rally after Uri attack

Kozhikode, Sept 24 (IBNS) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Kozhikode on Saturday evening to attend BJP National Council meeting, that began on Friday, reports said.

Modi arrived  in an IAF aircraft at Karipur International Airport where he was received by the party's state and national leaders.

He took a helicopter to a stadium where he will address a public meeting, the first one after the Uri terror attack.

After the public meeting, Modi will chair a meeting of top party functionaries.

On Sunday, Modi will again take part in the party meeting and  meet several state level leaders of NDA allies in Kerala.
