PM Modi salutes Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, on his birth anniversary

New Delhi, Oct 31 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday saluted first Deputy Prime Minister of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, on his birth anniversary.

"Saluting the Iron Man and the Architect of Modern India, Sardar Patel", the Prime Minister said.

India will also be observing the day as 'Rashtriya Ekta Diwas' or National Unity Day.
