PM Modi condoles the death of Charti Lal Goel

New Delhi, Aug 16 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday condoled the death of Charti Lal Goel, the father of Union Sports Minister Vijay Goel.

"Spoke to @VijayGoelBJP & condoled the demise of his father Shri Charti Lal Goel, whose rich contribution to public life will be remembered," PM Modi tweeted.

The senior Goel was a BJP member and served as the speaker of the Delhi Legislative Assembly from 1993 to 1998.
