New Delhi, Dec 12 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday attended the inauguration of the Ceremonial Hall at the President's Estate in New Delhi.

Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that Rashtrapati Bhavan has become a symbol of India's pride across the world.

He added that President Pranab Mukherjee has made a unique contribution in re-energizing the Rashtrapati Bhavan complex.

The Prime Minister referred to the inauguration of the Rashtrapati Bhavan Museum a few months earlier, and now the Ceremonial Hall.

He said existing institutions have to be revitalized from time to time, and Pranab Mukherjee's contribution in this regard is an inspiration for all countrymen, in the quest for building a modern India.

Modi also expressed happiness that yesterday, which happened to be President Mukherjee's birthday, the United Nations had accepted India's proposal on International Yoga Day
