Narendra Modi meets his mother

Gandhinagar, May 16 (IBNS): As trends on Friday showed a NDA government in New Delhi under Narendra Modi is now almost a reality, the BJP strongman went and met his mother Heeraben at her residence here.

Modi met his mother to seek his blessings after NDA registered a strong performance at the ballots under his leadership.

Ahead of the meeting, Modi tweeted: "India has won! Bharat ki vijay. Good days are going to come."

Heeraben earlier in the day said she is very happy for her son.

"I am very happy for him. He has my blessings. I pray for the development of this country under his leadership," said Heeraben.

Modi has won both in Varanasi and Vadodara seats.
