Patna, Dec 29 (IBNS): In a fresh salvo fired at Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, RJD Chief and former Union Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav said that the former is 'clueless and jumping here and there'.

"Does Modi kw how many times he has chopped & changed his own decisions in last 50 days?He is totally clueless, puzzled &jumping here & there," Lalu Prasad tweeted.

A veteran lawmaker, Lalu is a fierce critic of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and has been at loggerheads with the BJP government ever since they came to power in 2014.
