MEA Spokesperson VIkas Swarup tweeted: "Consolidating ties with DR Congo! MoS @mjakbar meets RT N’tungamulongo,Foreign Affairs & Intn'l coo'pn Minister."

N’tungamulongo reached India on Wednesday.
