Missing Kerala youths suspected to have aligned with ISIS

Thiruvananthapuram, July 9 (IBNS): At least 15 youths hailing from Kasargod district in Kerala have reportedly gone missing, leaving their relatives to suspect that they might have formed an alliance with Islamic fringe unit ISIS, reports said.

The state police, however, acknowledged only six such missing cases and are yet to confirm the status of these people, Deccan Chronicle reported.

Kerala Chief Minister P Vijayan has assured to follow it up.

The missing youths are from well do to families and are qualified professionals.

State police have informed the central intelligence agencies and are keeping them updated.
