Man commits suicide near Parliament

New Delhi, May 12 (IBNS) A 39-year-old man was found hanging from a tree near Parliament House on Thursday morning, reports stated.

Identified as Ram Dayal Verma, he hailed from Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri town.

The police also recovered a 30-page suicide note and  hinted at a debt problem.
