Mallikarjun Kharge, Rahul Gandhi pay homage to Netaji on his birth anniversary

New Delhi/UNI: Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge and party MP Rahul Gandhi on Monday paid tributes to freedom fighter Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on his birth anniversary and recalled his contribution for the country.

Taking to Twitter, the Congress chief wrote, "My homage to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on his 126th birth anniversary."

"Netaji's slogan of 'Jai Hind' and 'You give me blood, I will give you freedom' awakened everyone for true dedication towards the motherland," Kharge said.

Rahul in a tweet wrote, "My humble tributes to the great freedom fighter, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose."

The Wayanad MP said Netaji's courage and patriotism still inspires every Indian to protect and preserve the freedom of our great country.
