Maharashtra: Fire breaks out at a fabric dyeing unit

Mumbai/UNI: A missive fire broke out at a cloth dyeing unit in Bhiwandi town in Thane district of Maharashtra on Wednesday morning.

Official sources said none has been injured in the mishap.

The blaze erupted from the factory premises located behind Baghe Firdos Mosque in Bhiwandi, sources added.

The fire spread to the nearby buildings in no time.

A senior inspector of Nizampur police station said two fire tenders arrived at the spot and brought the fire under control.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
