Madhya Pradesh: Teacher makes students take anti-BJP pledge
Bhopal, Jan 29 (IBNS): Triggering a controversy, a teacher at a school in Madhya Pradesh was seen to make students take an anti-BJP pledge until the government stops online examinations.
In a video, which has been aired by Times Now, the students were seen to follow the lines uttered by a teacher.
Students were seen to stand in queues and say: "I take a pledge that until the BJP government doesn't stop online examination, I shall not vote for the BJP, nor will support any BJP leader. I am also taking the pledge that within 24 hours, I will ensure that at least three people take the same pledge."
"I will also make awareness in our village about the corruption and wrong doings of the BJP," the students said while taking the pledge.
Madhya Pradesh, a BJP-ruled state, hit the headlines few years ago over Vyapam scam, leading to a power tussle between the ruling party and the Congress.
The Shivraj Singh Chouhan-ruled state will go to polls later this year.
