Madhya Pradesh: Fire breaks out at private hospital in Jabalpur, four dead

Jabalpur: At least four people died as a fire broke out at a private hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Jabalpur region on Monday.

The fire broke out in New Life Multi Specialist Hospital located in Jabalpur's Chandal Bhata area this afternoon, reported Hindustan Times.

The incident left nine people hurt.

District collector Iliyaraja T told Hindustan Times: " Rescue operation is going on. Fire brigades are trying douse fire."

Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan tweeted and condoled the deaths of people in the tragedy.
