Kolkata: Metro project's crane falls on Howrah station's platform
Kolkata, Aug 9 (IBNS): A crane of under construction East-West Metro project collapsed on a platform of Howrah railway station near Kolkata on Tuesday afternoon but no one was injured, reports said.
According to reports, the crane fell down on the shed of platform number 14 at Howrah rail station at around 12:30 pm.
As no passenger was present there at that time. So no casualty was reported in the incident.
However, removal process of the collapsed crane is currently underway at the crash site.
