Kashmir : Three security men killed in Pulwama terror attack

Srinagar, Aug 26 (IBNS): Three security personnel were killed in the terror attack in south Kashmir's Pulwama district on Saturday, media reports said.

Report said at least three heavily armed attackers launched a pre-dawn attack on the  Pulwama police lines where several security personnel were present..

The terrorists fired indiscriminately and threw grenades, killing two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawans and one policeman.

Inspector General of Police, Munir Ahmad Khan, was quoted by NDTV: "We are evacuating people. Both CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir (personnel) are stationed in police lines."
