Kashmir schools reopen after eight months
Srinagar, Mar 1 (IBNS) : Schools in the Kashmir valley re-opened on Wednesday after eight months as students re-united with friends and teachers.
Schools in the valley remained shut after the the killing of Hizbul leader Burhan Wani on July 8 last year. There was also a two-month winter vacation..
Hundreds of people were killed and thousands injured by the security forces during massive protests across Kashmir since July, 2016.
