Kapil Sharma café firing: Delhi Police nabs key conspirator linked to Goldy Brar gang
New Delhi/IBNS: Delhi Police on Friday arrested a key conspirator in the firing incidents at actor-comedian Kapil Sharma’s café in Surrey, Canada, media reports said.
The accused, identified as Bandhu Mann Singh Sekhon, is reportedly associated with gangster Goldy Brar, a prominent member of the Lawrence Bishnoi network.
According to police, Sekhon had entered India after the multiple shootings in Canada and played a crucial role in arranging weapons and logistics for the attackers who targeted Kap’s Café several times this year, India Today reported.
Investigators are now probing how Sekhon coordinated the attacks with overseas handlers, and whether more operatives are linked to the plot.

Kapil Sharma’s café was attacked three times in four months, with the latest incident reported in October.
Gangsters Goldy Dhillon and Kuldeep Sidhu, also connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, have publicly claimed responsibility for the shootings.
The first firing incident took place on July 10, when around 25 bullets were shot at the café shortly before 2 a.m. Staff members inside escaped unharmed, though the property sustained significant damage.
The café was attacked again on August 7–8, with multiple shots fired in the early hours, once again causing property damage but no injuries.
