Kannur: BJP worker hacked to death, state unit cry foul against CPM

Kannur, Feb 16 (IBNS) A 27-year old BJP worker was hacked to death by CPM, the Kerala state BJP alleged on Tuesday.
The state unit took to twitter and wrote: "BJP karyakarta Sujith 27 hacked to death by #CPM at his home in Kannur Dist. Parents critically injured. #CPMTerror."

"It is high time social conscience woke up against Political Killings of #CPM. #LeftistTerror should STOP," BJP wrote.

His parents and brother also sustained injuries while preventing the attack.

NDTV reported that he died on the way to the hospital.

Eight people have been arrested so far. 
 
Murder charges have been brought against them.
