Jawan killed in J&K Nowhatta encounter

Srinagar, Aug 15 (IBNS): One jawan has been killed in an encounter in the Nowhatta region of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday morning, according to media reports.

Earlier on Monday morning, as the media reported that terrorists opened fire on security forces in Nowhatta, which left at least four jawans injured.

One CRPF jawan has died in the encounter, reported NDTV.

More details are awaited.
