Jammu and Kashmir: Principal Secy Edu tours Ganderbal district

Srinagar: Principal Secretary School Education Department Bishwajit Kumar Singh accompanied by the Director School Education Kashmir Tassaduq Hussain Mir yesterday conducted an extensive tour of District Ganderbal.

According to a press note, the tour was to review the overall functioning of theEducation Department.

He was received by the Chief Education Officer Ganderbaland Deputy Chief Education Ganderbal.

During his day long tour to the District hevisited far flung areas of the District to take stock of the facilities being given tothe students at the grass root level.

At first the Principal Secretary visited High school SumbalBala Zone Hariganiwanfar flung area of the District, where he met and interacted with the ChiefEducation Officer Ganderbal Dr Javeed, Dy Chief Education Officer Ganderbal,Zonal Education Officers of all the four zones, Principals of HSS, Headmasters of HS, masters and teachers.

During the interaction various issues were raised by the participants for thebetterment of the students for providing theme every facility.

In this connection,Principal Secretary passed on-spot Instructions for making adequatearrangements of staff and proper accommodation in the schools in order tomitigate the academic loss of students.
