Jammu and Kashmir: Basantgarh PS figures among top 10 in India

Jammu:Basantgarh Police Station of Udhampur district was ranked among top ten Police Stations of the country.

The list of top ten Police Stations was released by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday.

Director General of Police Dilbag Singh complimented the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Mukesh Singh, Deputy Inspector General of Police Vivek Gupta and SSP UdhampurSargunShukla for this achievement. Basantgarh Police Station was ranked ninth in the list.

Top three Police Stations which figured in the MHA list included Sadar Bazar Police Station, North District of Delhi; Gaganpur Police Station, Ganjam of Odisha and BhattuKalan Police Station Fatehabad of Haryana.
