New Delhi, June 23 (IBNS) The crucial high-level financial dialogue which was to be held between India and China in Beijing on June 27 has been postponed, reports said.
The talks were to be held during Finance Minister Arun Jaitley's five-day visit to China beginning Thursday.

Media reports quoted Indian Embassy officials as saying that the dialogue was not cancelled but rescheduled to a later date. However, no reason has been given for the postponement.

The development comes amid differences between the Asian majors  over India's bid to enter the Nuclear Suppliers Group.

Jaitley will attend a high-level investment summit in Beijing on Friday to woo the participating Chinese companies to invest in manufacturing, infrastructure and other sectors in India.

Jaitley will also attend a board of governors meeting of the China-led Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank on Saturdayand Sunday. India is the second largest shareholder after China.
