Four Spanish nationals among five killed in Andhra Pradesh road accident

Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, Aug 5 (IBNS) : Four tourists from Spain and an Indian were killed when their mini bus collided head-on with a container in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor district on Saturday morning, media reports said.

The deceased include a woman

The accident took place at Eedigapalle village of Punganur mandal.

According to reports,  a group of eleven  tourists from Spain, were on their way to Pondicherry from Puttaparthi. Around 9.00 a.m., they left Madanapalle after visiting a missionary hospital. Close to Punganur,

The Indian who died in the accident was the driver of the tourist vehicle.

.  Four other Spanish nationals were rushed to a hospital in Madanapalle.

The container was seized and its driver taken into custody.
