Four killed, six wounded in Malda bomb blast in West Bengal

Malda, W.Bengal, May 2 (IBNS) Four people were killed and six injured in a powerful blast at West Bengal's Malda district on Sunday night, reports said.
The incident took place when the deceased and the injured were making crude bombs at a house under Baishnabnagar police station of Malda Sadar sub-division and one of the devices went off.

The blast was so powerful that it shook the entire area.

Police rushed to the spot and shifted all to the Malda Medical College and Hospital where four were declared dead. The condition of six others is stated to be serious.
 
Reports  quoted locals as stating that the house was used as a bomb manufacturing factory. 

Police have recovered explosives and other bomb making materials from the house. Investigation is on.
