Explosion by suspected terrorists near BSF camp in Manipur injures minor

Guwahati, Aug 10 (IBNS): A seven year old boy was injured in an explosion triggered by suspected militants on Wednesday morning with a BSF camp in Manipur's East Imphal district as their target.

According to reports, the minor boy named Tinoi was injured when an IED exploded near a BSF camp in Maphou area under Laimlai police station in East Imphal district at around 8-30 AM.

The injured boy was taken to the nearest hospital.

Police and BSF personnel have rushed to the blast site and immediately launched operation against the militants.
