Delhi High Court grants expelled AIADMK MP Sasikala interim protection from arrest

New Delhi, Aug 11 (IBNS) : The Delhi High Court on Thursday granted interim protection from arrest to expelled AIADMK MP Sasikala Pushpa and two of her family members till August 22 in the case of harassment, filed by their domestic help.

According to reports, the Delhi High Court said that the accused now have to move the concerned courts for regular bail. Besides Pushpa, the other accused are her husband, mother and son.

Earlier, The Tamil Nadu government was restrained by the Delhi High Court from taking any “coercive action”.
