Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal meets PM Modi

New Delhi, Aug 25 (IBNS): Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday met Prime Minister Narendra Modi here.

Kejriwal pitched for more cooperation between the Centre and the Delhi government to ensure development of the national capital.

Following his meeting with the PM, Kejriwal told media: "I told him that we may have ideological differences between the BJP and the AAP but the Centre and Delhi government should work together. This move will be good for the national capital and the people here."

"I told the PM, we will fulfill your dreams of Swacch Bharat. I also promised the PM that if his government cooperates with the Delhi government then in two years we will make the city clean."

"We will make the city clean but you will earn fame when you go abroad," he said.

Kejriwal said his government will fulfill Modi's dream of ' Swacch Bharat, Skill India and Digital India' in Delhi.
