New Delhi, Dec 5 (IBNS): Indian Army Chief General Dalbir Singh interacted with Vice Admiral Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy Chief of General Staff of Vietnam People’s Army on Monday.

The details of the meeting is not known.

The Indian Army tweeted: "General Dalbir Singh, #COAS interacted with Vice Admiral Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy Chief of General Staff of Vietnam People’s Army on 5 Dec 16."
