New Delhi/UNI: The Congress on Saturday launched its new digital media platform INC TV, through which it assures to highlight problems faced by people and question the dispensation.

Launching the channel virtually on Panchayati Raj Day, AICC general secretary K C Venugopal, Congress general secretary Ajay Maken, party treasurer Pawan Bansal and party spokesperson Pawan Khera said media houses are not showing the party's views and only highlighting the government's version.

The digital platform will help raise the voice of the people by highlighting the problems faced by them, especially the poor and the downtrodden, they said.

Venugopal said media should be the voice of people and the voice of their voices and INC TV is one such channel which will do that.

He said asking questions and making the government accountable is the duty of the media.

The media should put the government in the dock and question it to pressurise the dispensation to act in public welfare.
