Boys paraded naked in Goa for stealing
Panaji, June 2 (IBNS) Two boys were allegedly beaten up and then paraded naked in Goa for stealing mobile phones and valuables from foreign tourists, said reports on Monday.
According to reports, on catching the two boys red-handed, the locals on May 22 tied them to a motorcycle and beat them up with wooden sticks at Betul coastal town in South Goa district.
After that, the locals allegedly made the boys parade naked in public before handing them over to the police, who later admitted the duo to a hospital.
