New Delhi, May 30 (IBNS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers staged a demonstration outside Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's residence on Saturday following reports that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government has approved the acquisition of spying equipment.

Media reports said though the  Delhi government denied having any plan to buy spy ware, a leaked cabinet note purportedly showed the government approving several crores for the purchase of equipment for the Anti-Corruption Branch.

The note allegedly was signed by Kejriwal and the Delhi Chief Secretary.

The opposition has claimed that Kejriwal government is trying to misuse snooping devices to settle scores.
