BJP calls Mamata a 'Chitfund Minister'
Attacking TMC MP Derek O’ Brien over the 'intemperate language competition', BJP spokesperson and in-charge of party affairs in West Bengal Siddharth Nath Singh said in a statement: "There is a competition amongst TMC leaders with their Chief Minister as to who can use vilest and offending unparliamentarily language. Certainly the Chief Minister cannot be pushed down from the winners slot but their Rajya Sabha member & Spokesperson, Derek O’ Brien certainly beats his colleagues in the intemperate language competition. Certainly not an asset derived from being a Quiz Master. In recent past he has shown that he can use insulting language for the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister."
"On both the counts words are not enough to condemn his speech. But one thing is clear that the way the Saradha Chit Fund scam and the Burdhwan Blast investigations are proceeding, TMC entire leadership is shaken and their anger is an expression of their linguistic skills," he said.
Attacking Banerjee, he said: "Recently Derek O’ Brien had used the word of 'visa' for inviting the Prime Minister to the Parliament. BJP would like to know from Derek O’ Brien, what made the Chief Minister of West Bengal to give an unofficial visa to the Bangladeshi Jehadis and spread their terror activities in Bengal ? Also why his government and party supports invisible visa to Bangladeshi infiltrators? He should also explain why the CM ( Chief Minister) of West Bengal is know being popularly called the CM (Cheat Minister) and ( Chitfund Minister) ?"
He said: "In his quest to be the King of “Intemperate Vocabulary”, Mr Derek O’ Brien is forgetting that obstruction is not a substitute of TMC’s conspiracy in Saradha scam."
