Bihar: Six cops injured in road mishap

Motihari, Apr 8 (UNI) At least six police personnel were injured, one of them seriously, when their vehicle was hit by a truck near Manarbarji mutt under Mehsi police station area in East Champaran district late last night.

Police said here that the officer-in-charge of Mehsi police station and five other police personnel were injured when their vehicle was hit by the truck.

Sources said the accident took place when the truck driver lost control over his vehicle due to high speed.

The injured cops had been admitted to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital in Muzaffarpur.
