Bhaskar Khulbe appointed as PM Modi's Secretary
New Delhi, Aug 1 (IBNS): The Appointments Committee of Cabinet appointed Bhaskar Khulbe as the secretary to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, officials said on Monday.
Khulbe is a 1983 batch IAS officer of West Bengal cadre.
"ACC has also approved appointment of Shri Bhaskar Khulbe, 1AS (WB 1983), Additional Secretary, Prime Minister's Office as Secretary to Prime Minister in the Prime Minister's Office with effect from 29.07.2016," read a government statement.
