Babri: SC issues notice to LK Advani, others

New Delhi, Mar 31 (IBNS): The Supreme Court on Tuesday sent notice to BJP leader LK Advani and several others in connection with Babri mosque demolition case.

The apex court issued the notice over a plea against dropping off conspiracy charges the leaders.

The petition has been filed by Haji Mehboob.

The CBI and others have been given four weeks time to respond to the plea.
