Amit Shah meets Fadnavis over Eknath Khadse's twin scandals
New Delhi/Mumbai, Jun 2 (IBNS): Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Thursday said he has given information to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Chief Amit Shah on Maharashtra senior minister Eknath Khadse, who is mired by twin scams, media reports said.
Eknath Khadse has been criticised over an illicit land deal and over his alleged link to most-wanted gangster Dawood Ibrahim.
"I have submitted a factual report to Amit Shah on Khadse. The party will take necessary action," Fadnavis was quoted as saying after meeting with Shah in Delhi.
According to reports, Amit Shah had sought reports on Khadse from Fadnavis.
