Bengaluru, Sept 23 (IBNS): Manipal Global Education Services (MaGE) has formally launched Manipal ProLearn, a marketplace for certifications and skilling for corporates and individuals.

Despite the advent of online education, 47 per cent of respondents to a recent survey preferred blended programs because they allow face-to-face interactions with instructors and teachers, and due to the credibility that a learning center brings to the table.

Five walk-in Manipal ProLearn Information Centers have been launched in Bangalore, and more will be rolled out nationwide in phases. These centers offer high-quality educational services ranging from Professional Certification Programs. Career Counselling, Test Preparations, Study Abroad Solutions and Soft Skill Development Programs.

Aimed at bridging the skill gap plaguing the country, Manipal ProLearn currently offers 50 programs spanning IT, Management and Finance. These programs, delivered both online and offline, are aimed at professionals wanting to upgrade their skills as well as fresh job-seekers seeking to add an edge to their resume.

The award-winning learning platform allows the convenience of any-time, anywhere learning and self-assessment options.

Manipal ProLearn also works with leading corporates to train their workforce. Customised training programs, expert faculty and global certification standards ensure that learners are ready for the next level in their organisation.

“Learning is increasingly moving away from the traditional classrooms. The launch of Manipal ProLearn, which allows distributed learning according to learners’ need and convenience, is in line with Manipal Global’s constant endeavour to offer innovative and cutting edge solutions in the Higher Education domain,” said Mr S Vaitheeswaran, CEO and MD, Manipal Global Education Services.

AP Ramabhadran, Sr VP, Manipal Global Education Services, announced Manipal ProLearn’s collaboration with Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the world’s largest and leading professional body of management accountants.
