Kolkata: English graphic adaptation of Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay's 'The Boxer' launched in Starmark

Kolkata, July 13 (IBNS) Kolkata's popular lifestyle store Starmark launched the English graphic adaptation of Bengali writer Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay's novel 'The Boxer' at its South City Mall outlet on Monday.

The launch was followed by a panel discussion featuring writer Sirshendu Mukhopadhyay among others.

"Boxer Ratan revolves around a pugilist and his scientist father. It is a thrilling tale told through through lots of action sequences  starting from the boxing ring, the fights and then the chase,"  said Mukhopadhyay who was a fan of legendary boxers Muhammad Ali and  Joe Louis since his childhood days.
