Education in Poland has straight link to high culture: Ambassador

Kolkata, June 9 (IBNS): Education in Poland has a straight link to high culture and high education, said the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland,Tomasz Lukaszuk on Tuesday while speaking about Poland as a new destination of education.

The  conference here was attended by many students from different fields.

The Ambassador provided a new vision towards higher education in Poland.

He mentioned how students from all across the world are interested to study in Poland.

Throwing light on the Indo-Poland education relation, he said: “I decided to inspire the transition education programme to organize such an event to open the new chapter to go to the student to make the Polish-Indian education cooperation more visible.”

Representatives of different universities of Poland were also present at the event, certain important issues related to education were  discussed.

They referred to the courses that Poland offers including medical, engineering, and management. Poland Universities are even offering the M Phil courses for journalism.

Speaking about the course fee, Vishal Sagar Agnihotri, a member of the education programme said: “The cost relatively not so high at the moments. You start from 2000 Euros inwards and you can go up till 7000 Euro depending upon the programmer.

Highlighting sports as an important aspect of the education in Poland, Agnihotri even pointed out the successes of the country in sports and opportunities provided by the universities. 
 
He said: “Poland hosted the European cup just few years back. This is the right time if you enter to Poland for cricket.”
