Maharashtra: Aurangabad reports two more COVID-19 fatalities

Aurangabad (Maharashtra)/UNI: Two hospitalised women succumbed to the COVID-19 here, stated the Government Medical College and Hospital's Medicine Department Incharge Dr Minakshi Battacharyya on Wednesday.

In the first case, a 94-year-old woman was brought to the hospital in a critical condition on Tuesday evening. However, she died within 15 minutes after being admitted.

In the second case, a 56-year-old woman was hospitalized in the morning and breathed her last within two hours after being admitted.

Their COVID-19 test reports, confirming them to be infected, were received around 2000 hours, Dr Minakshi apprised.

Now, this district's pandemic death toll stands at 17.
