India registers 579 COVID-19 deaths in past 24 hours
New Delhi: India registered 55,722 new COVID-19 cases in the past 24 hours, as per data released by the Ministry of Health.
India also added 579 new deaths due to the COVID-19 infection during the same period.
There are 772055 active cases in the country at present.
The death toll due to the disease is now 114610.
So far, 6663608 people have cured from the highly infectitios disease.
