COVID-19 death toll crosses 1000-mark in India
New Delhi/IBNS: The Indian government on Wednesday said the death toll due to COVID-19 in India crossed 1000-mark.
The death toll now stands at 1007.
The number of COVID-19 cases in the country now stands at 31,332.

Recording the biggest jump in the number of deaths in a day, 73 people lost their lives due to the highly infectious disease in the past 24 hours.
So far, 7695 people have recovered or discharged from the hospital.
