TO THE NEW launches global entrepreneurship program

Mumbai, July 17 (IBNS): Internet products company TO THE NEW has launched 'Entrepreneurs At Work', an entrepreneurship leadership program.
It plans to hire 20 young professionals, expose them to challenging assignments across its group companies, train them over the next two years, and then let them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across businesses and geographies, both existing and new.
 
Speaking on the launch of the ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’ program, Puneet Johar, Managing Director, TO THE NEW said, “In the digital space, developing entrepreneurial talent is the only way to ensure continued success. This program puts young talent through high impact operating roles, with periodic training inputs. This prepares them to lead innovation through familiar and unfamiliar situations.”
 
The group selected for the ‘Entrepreneurs At Work’ program will consist of candidates who have graduated from premier management and technical institutes from across India, ASEAN and China, with 3 to 5 years of work experience. 
 
The program will place these candidates in high impact roles in business development, product management, product development and technology in the various TO THE NEW companies across Asia. 
 
Over the next two years, these candidates will operate in impactful roles and undergo intensive training programs, to help them take on entrepreneurial leadership roles across its companies.
