Tata Steel wins Business Today’s ‘Best Company to Work for’ Award

Mumbai/ Kolkata, Feb 23 (IBNS): Tata Steel has been conferred the ‘Best Company to Work for’ award in the core sector at Business Today’s Best Companies to Work for Survey 2016 award ceremony held on Feb 22, 2017, in Mumbai.

The award was received by Suresh Dutt Tripathi, Vice President, Human Resource Management, Tata Steel from  Suresh Prabhu, Hon’ble Minister for Railways, who was the Chief Guest at the event.

Tata Steel has also featured in the top 25 overall (across sectors) list of Best Companies to work for.

The award is based on the 15th edition of Business Today’s annual 'The Best Companies to Work for in India' Survey taken across the country.

Its purpose is to understand the perceptions and aspirations of India's employees across industries and map these against what they see in their companies, sectors and even across sectors. It provides an insight into how industry at large and in specific verticals can align their employer brands to aspirations and thoughts of the Indian workforce.
