Tata Steel hikes stake in Tata Steel Mining
Mumbai: Tata Steel recently increased its stake in its wholly-owned subsidiary Tata Steel Mining.
Tata Steel paid consideration for acquiring Rs 1,04,75,196 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 9.15 per share.
The total amount paid for acquiring the shares was approximately Rs 20.06 crore.
Upon completion of the Transaction, Tata Steel Mining will continue to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
