Nucleus Software to display its next-generation Lending solutions at West Africa International Retail Banking Dialogue
New Delhi, July 2 (IBNS): Nucleus Software, a provider of lending and transaction banking solutions to the global financial services industry, on Thursday announced that it is the Thought Leadership Sponsor for the 'West Africa International Retail Banking Dialogue 2015' organised by The Asian Banker in Lagos, Nigeria on July 9.
At the event, Percy Thaver, Head & Vice President, Sales, Nucleus Software will present a session on “Enhancing technology infrastructure to expand the banks scope and enhance customer experience across delivery channels."
During the session, he will illustrate how banks who adopt the right systems and processes are able to grow their businesses successfully while ensuring a consistent superior level of customer service across all touch points. The session will also share insights on how data integration from multi-channels and analytics can be used for greater customer centricity and segmentation.
