Mumbai, Nov 9 (IBNS): LimeRoad, a social commerce platform, on Monday announced the launch of its mobile application LimeRoad Seller App helping sellers get their businesses online in less than 60 seconds.

"In 60 seconds flat, the LimeRoad Seller App gets rid of all the traditional hassles of getting the company to go online– Now businesses can scale up and reach wider audiences, allows the vendor to have an exclusive micro-site, and manage end-to-end operations including shipping, logistics, reports, inventory management and concluding a sale," a company statement said.

“Our vision has always been to enable home grown vendors/ manufacturers who are creating beautiful products in deep pockets of the country, by empowering them with the most phenomenal technology, hence the name, LimeRoad.  Since June, we have added 18,000 sellers to our online platform. This has worked due to the improvement in technology interface which now allows our vendor partners to start their own digital store in 60 seconds. Utilizing our technology strength and consumer knowledge, we strongly feel we can share our learning with Small Businesses and kickstart the digital revolution in our own way. In the smaller towns, it is a challenge for SMEs to create an online presence and also to manage the logistical back-end, while still maintaining the product focus that that is unique to them, this is where LimeRoad can step in and give their business a little fillip,” said Suchi Mukherjee, Founder & CEO, LimeRoad.

With 20,000 vendors already on board, the LimeRoad Seller App allows every business to create an online presence without any pre-conditions.

LimeRoad is also hand-holding sellers on their maiden digital journey by offering support such as photography, cataloguing and other services.
